Parents must complete a registration form for each child who will be using wraparound care clubs.  The registration form is available below and remains valid for the academic year in which it is completed.  Regular bookings should be requested via the booking form which is also available below.  Invoices for regular bookings will be sent at the start of term.  Refunds will not be given if a child does not attend their booked session.

Ad hoc bookings may also be made on an "as needed" basis but places cannot be guaranteed.  It is essential that ad hoc bookings are made before the session required, to ensure there is space for the child.  Bookings can be made by emailing the school office to info@clandon.surrey.sch.uk.

After-School Club, Monday to Friday 3.20-4.20pm or 3.20-5.20pm

After-school club is available after school each weekday for either one hour or two hours.  It is run by school staff and children will be in the nurture room or one of the classrooms or playing outside under staff supervision.

Illness and Absence: If your child becomes unwell during the school day, and we feel it would not be in their best interest to stay at school for clubs, we will contact you to collect them. 

Please let the school office know by email or phone if your child won't be attending their booked after-school club session for any reason, and you will be collecting them at 3.20pm instead.  

Collection: Children should be collected promptly at the end of their booked session from the nurture room door.  To avoid disruption, please do not collect early before the end of the session.

Please let the school office know by 3.00pm if someone else will be collecting your child at the end of the extended day.
